May 4, 2021

Forest Hills School District is pleased to announce that once again, Turpin High School and Anderson High School are among the top ranked schools in the Greater Cincinnati area and in the entire state of Ohio! In Greater Cincinnati, THS is ranked #7 and AHS ranks 12th.

The 2021 U.S. News and World Report “Top High Schools'' report ranks Anderson and Turpin in the top 4.4% of high schools in the state and in the top 6.5% in the nation. Ranking is based upon reading and math assessments, graduation rates, and college readiness. Principals of both schools are excited and encouraged by the report.

“Any time we are recognized as one of the best high schools in the state and in the nation, it is a direct reflection of the hard work of our students, staff, and support of our parents,” said Turpin High School Principal David Spencer.  “Education is important in our community.  I am proud of our accomplishments. I am proud to be a Spartan.”

Anderson High School Principal Rob Fellows said, “we are excited to continue to find evidence to support the great work happening in our classrooms each year at Anderson. These accomplishments only happen through the hard work of students and teachers with the support of incredible parents.”

We are thankful for our amazing students, teachers, administrators, and families who continue to strive for academic excellence and outstanding performance!
