Virtual Model Rocketry Workshop

The Anderson High School Rocketry Team will host a virtual rocketry workshop for FHSD girls in grades 6-11. In addition to learning how to build and launch rockets, participants will discuss what it means to be a young woman interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

After completing the virtual workshop, participants can join the team for a socially distanced rocket launch day at Anderson High School. Face coverings will be required.

The required registration fee covers all costs associated with building and launching the model rocket. As we approach the date of the virtual webinar, a member of the team will safely drop off all necessary supplies to your house. Please be sure to complete both the informational Google form and the payment via Local Events.
