Superintendent Hook Discusses Culture Blueprint, Leadership in New Video Series
The FHSD Culture Blueprint is a document that outlines the values, behaviors and outcomes that define the culture of Forest Hills School District. It serves as a strong reminder of the ways each individual in the organization can make a difference and reinforce the driving concept that Every Moment Matters.
To be clear, documents don’t build culture. People do. Which is why this work began last spring with three dozen staff members representing all buildings and all job types. This group of teachers, support staff, administrators, custodial staff and more came together over the course of several weeks to create the blueprint and the document was shared with all staff members at the start of the 2023-2024 school year.
You can visit the Culture Blueprint webpage to learn more about the process, find a link to the full document and explore different aspects that create a foundation for this work.
