March 12 Coronavirus Update: Schools closed for students March 16 - April 13

On Thursday, we received unprecedented orders from Governor DeWine to close schools for three weeks at the end of the student instructional day Monday, March 16, 2020.

• School will be in session tomorrow, Friday March 13th. 
• School will be cancelled for students on Monday, March 16th and will remain closed through Monday, April 13.  Again, students should not report to school Monday. All school related programs are cancelled. Schools and all outdoor facilities will be closed to the public.  
• Staff will report Monday to continue their work to provide non-traditional learning opportunities for students. 
• Because our spring break was already scheduled for April 6th through 13th, at this time our plan is to have school resume on Tuesday, April 14th. 
• We will provide regular updates through typical principal and superintendent communication formats.  We will also use the district’s website.

As we move through this uncharted territory together, we promise to provide you with as much information as possible.
