Food Services Information for Parents

We are very excited to announce that the USDA has approved a nationwide waiver extension that enables schools to revert back to the Summer Food Service Program that extends free meals to all children. Free meals will extend through the month of December, or until USDA funding are no longer available whichever comes first.

Beginning immediately, all students will have access to free lunch, regardless of their financial situation. Additionally beginning Monday, September 14, 2020, all FHSD students will have access to a free breakfast program.

This program includes all students of FHSD whether they are attending on-campus classes or enrolled in the FHDS Virtual Academy. Virtual Academy families, please refer to the Meal Request Form for further information.

Note: Extra items, snacks, individual milk, and drink purchases may still be made from your student’s lunch account.
