FHSD to Host College Credit Plus Night on January 14
Forest Hills School District will be hosting an informational session about College Credit Plus (CCP) on January 14, 2025 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Turpin High School auditorium. The purpose of the event is to help families navigate the enrollment process and answer questions regarding CCP for the 2025-2026 school year. There will also be representatives from the University of Cincinnati to provide information.
College Credit Plus is a dual enrollment program for students to take courses and earn both high school and college credit. Students can expect a more rigorous course load as these college-level classes are taught by college professors. CCP is an excellent opportunity for students to challenge themselves in their studies while getting a head start on their college education.
The program is offered to students and families at no extra cost. Any student in grades 7-12 who qualifies may participate in the program. Classes can be taken on a college campus or online when courses are offered, including the summer.
For more information about CCP, please visit the 9-12 Resource page on the FHSD website.
If you are unable to attend the information session on January 14, contact your student’s counselor to learn more about the enrollment process.
