FHSD and Anderson Township conducting transportation survey

Nov 14, 2019

Anderson Township and the Forest Hills School District are seeking to better understand how elementary school students are getting to and from school, and why those methods are being chosen.  As a parent/guardian, your input is critical to this effort. We would appreciate you taking approximately 5 minutes to fill out a survey.

To take the survey, please click the elementary school below that your child attends. Only one survey per child, please.

Ayer Elementary

Maddux Elementary

Mercer Elementary

Sherwood Elementary

Summit Elementary

Wilson Elementary

All data collected as a result of the survey will be reviewed by the Township’s Planning and Zoning Department and Forest Hills School District to better determine what transportation and safety improvements could be made, as part of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program. SRTS was started by the Federal Highway Administration and provides grant funding for projects and programs that encourage students to walk to school. If you are interested in learning more about SRTS, please click here.

We greatly appreciate your time to help improve safety in our community.
