Teachers and Instructional Support Staff

Teachers, intervention specialists, counselors and other related positions play critical roles in the education and instruction of nearly 7,000 FHSD students every day. Our educators are committed to empowering all students to achieve personal success every day and providing a world-class educational experience from preschool through graduation.

FHSD offers a wide variety of positions in instructional areas, which can vary depending on an employee's licence, education and experience. The district's instructional staff is regularly recognized among the Top 10 in the state of Ohio in the annual Niche rankings.

Non-Instructional Staff

Non-instructional staff members specialize in a variety of areas that collectively keep our schools running smoothly and efficiently. From transportating students safely to and from school to preparing healthy and nutritious meals to providing a safe and clean learning environment, these employees play an important role in the district's day-to-day operations.

Non-instructional positions require at least a high school diploma or a GED. Please view job postings for specific requirements related to education, skills and experience. Many roles offer flexible or part-time hours with competitive pay and full benefits.

Administrators

Building and district administrators oversee educational instruction, day-to-day operations, student discipline, fiscal management and much more. By providing the vision and focus for their department, team or school, administrators in FHSD lead by example and help live out the Culture Blueprint and Strategic Plan to ensure all employees are aligned in support of students.
