Welcome to the Forest Hills School District Central Registration page. Students entering the Forest Hills School District are registered at the Administration Building located at 7550 Forest Road, Cincinnati, 45255. Please do not go to the school your child will be attending to register.
Directions: From Five Mile Road and Beechmont Avenue - Go east on Beechmont Avenue. Turn right at the first light onto Forest Road. Turn left at the first entrance to Anderson H.S. (between the baseball field and Anderson H.S.). Go to the back of the parking lot and turn left. The Administration Building is the one story white building located at the end of the lane.

August 5, 12 and 19 – 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Make the registration process go faster by downloading the forms listed at the right under the heading “Forms” and filling them out in advance. You may also pick up a registration packet at the Administration Building or at any school.
Please bring the following items with you when you register:

Original birth certificate of student

Student’s social security card or number (recommended not required

Driver’s license (or photo identification) of the student’s residential parent/legal guardian

Proof of residency (see the Residency/Enrollment/Registration checklist at right)

Court documents showing current legal custody (if applicable)

Complete the tuition free temporary custody document (if applicable, form found on right)

Foster care letter (if applicable)

Copy of IEP (Individualized Education Plan - if applicable)

Signed request for transfer of school records (form found on right)

Copy of immunization records (must be received within 14 days from date of enrollment)
